what's inside
Kitchen ingredients, weighed on the scale
Savory granola is what happens when granola leaves breakfast and goes onto the plate: seeds, nuts and spices slow-roasted until they turn into crunch. No sugar as the base, no dessert flavor.

Seeds
Pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax and chia. They are the base of the crunch and of most of the protein and fiber.
Nuts
Almond (smoked in the Paprika, sliced in the Herbs) and Brazil nut. They go in during the last minutes in the oven, to toast without turning bitter.
The glaze that holds it together
Egg white, extra virgin olive oil and a drizzle of honey. It makes the clusters and the crisp coating — no syrup, no refined sugar.
Seasoning
Smoked paprika, dried herbs, garlic, onion, nutritional yeast and sea salt flakes. Each flavor has its own; the full list is on each flavor's page.
