Changed your mind? Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days of delivery, no justification needed. Just email contato@terracrisp.com.br with your order number.
How returns work
As a food product, we ask that the package be sealed and fit for transport. We arrange the return shipping at our cost and, once received, refund the full amount (product + shipping) through the original payment method — PIX lands in moments; cards follow the issuer's timeline.
Something wrong with your order
Arrived damaged, tampered or off-spec? Send a photo to contato@terracrisp.com.br with the order number. We reship or refund, your choice — free of charge.
Shelf life
Every batch leaves the oven with its expiry printed and recorded on the order. Issues within shelf life, with the product stored sealed and dry, are always on us.
