Why it's different

Sweet granola became dessert. Savory snacks became ultra-processed.

We went for the middle: seeds, nuts and spices, slow-roasted, with nothing you can't pronounce. Eat it from the jar, toss it on a salad, top your soup — it works all three ways.

No added sugar

The whole category uses honey or syrup as a binder. Here the binder is hydrated flaxseed and olive oil. The sugars on the label come from the seeds themselves.

High in fiber

Over 10 g per 100 g in all three flavors — well above the 6 g minimum the claim requires. Chia, flaxseed and oats do that work.

A clean front label

None of the recipes reaches the sodium, saturated fat or sugar thresholds that trigger front-of-pack warning seals. That was a design constraint from the very first spreadsheet, not luck.

A short ingredient list

You can read the whole thing without turning the jar. If you don't recognize an item on the list, it shouldn't be there.

How to use

Not a garnish. It's what makes you finish the plate.

On scrambled eggs
A spoonful on top, heat already off. Creamy underneath, crunchy on top — and breakfast picks up 20 g of protein per 100 g along the way. Smoked Paprika was born for this.
On salads
Three spoonfuls on top, at the end. It replaces croutons and heavy dressing — a salad's problem is almost always texture, not flavor.
On soups
Add it right when serving. Pumpkin cream, greens, vegetable soup: everything gets better with something that snaps.
From the jar
A handful at three in the afternoon. That's exactly what the zip is for.
On avocado, on savory yogurt
Wherever crunch is missing, it fits.
