Who we are
TerraCrisp is an artisanal savory granola brand baked in Volta Redonda, Brazil. This site presents the product, runs the batch waitlist and sells available lots in the shop.
What we collect
Waitlist: your email. Purchases: name, email, delivery address, postal code and, if you want an invoice, your tax ID. Nothing beyond what it takes to bake, charge and deliver.
Payments
Payments are processed by Mercado Pago. Card data is typed into Mercado Pago's own secure fields and never touches our servers — we only keep the transaction identifier to reconcile the order.
Cookies
We use a single essential first-party cookie to keep your account session — it does not track browsing. During checkout, Mercado Pago may use its own cookies and device identifiers for fraud prevention. We use no advertising cookies. To know which pages are visited we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits anonymously and in aggregate, with no cookies and without identifying you.
Who we share with
Only with those who fulfill your order: Mercado Pago (payment), shipping platforms and carriers (Melhor Envio/Correios/Jadlog and, for local express delivery, Uber) — which receive the delivery address — and our transactional email provider (Resend). We never sell or share data for marketing.
Retention
Order data is kept for as long as tax and consumer law requires. Waitlist signups stay until you ask to leave.

Under Brazil's LGPD you may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via contato@terracrisp.com.br.
